In trying to download the presentation for off-line viewing the Microsoft page defaults to the MS download box, wheras I like to use DAP. So naturally I wasn't getting any up-to-date status information and the downloading progressed way too slow so I cancelled.

I have been enjoying the instructional .ASP and AJAX videos and when I saw the title for this presentation I kind of panicked. I intend to develop data access layered apps in the future and now I am puzzled - after all, with the high level of security offered by SQL and .ASP .NET encryption etc. why should I worry?

Also, I have a friend who swears by PHP. He has a massive site that he developed as an affiliate partner with ArtPosters.com and earns a few hundred bucks a month by it. How do you judge it to be vs. .ASP visa vis security?

Sorry - there's no direct link. They get published through the Webcast system.
